Equipment use

The equipment is mainly used for OCF/TPF/SCA/COF and other thermal sol process and OCA laminating process, G+G full laminating process, suitable for naked eye 3D and TP/LCM laminating, available fixture to achieve the relative position accuracy requirements between the workpiece to be laminating.

Characteristics of the equipment

1) The equipment adopts touch-controlled all-in-one programming to control the production process, temperature, air pressure and operation time, etc.

2) Man-machine interface, convenient for users to change parameters operation,

3) The actuator adopts Shenyi solenoid valve, Omron intermediate relay, and the temperature controller adopts Omron accurate temperature regulation to reduce the failure rate of the whole machine, and greatly prolongs the service life.

4) Cylinder + guide rail is adopted for entering and leaving the product placement platform

5) The up and down movement of the vacuum chamber is driven by the Yardeke cylinder

6) The equipment is equipped with a safety interlocking device combining mechanical and gas paths, which has the advantages of overtemperature alarm and stop heating, high safety factor and easy operation in the production process.
