Gzc-my500 pulse hot press is mainly used for (flexible circuit board) soft line FFC and soft circuit board FPC or hard circuit board PCB welding.

The working principle is to achieve instantaneous temperature rise by pulse current loaded on the hot press head, so that the solder is welded together with the row wire at perfect temperature, time and pressure.

The device adopts PLC control system control, touch screen display input, Chinese/English menu page can be selected to use, all parameter Settings simple and intuitive. The imported camera is used for high-definition positioning, and the Japanese RKC temperature controller is built in to accurately control the temperature. The operation is easy to understand, stable and reliable through manual and automatic mode free control.
